The entire two episode story arch shows the Enterprise crew's alternate universe. The opening credits are focused on the Terran Empire, they show first contact and how people of Earth overthrew the Vulcans and killed them. Archer is a self consciene Commander, Forrester is the Captain and many other opposites are shown in the show. It was a good show in that it was so different and each actor got to reach a bit in their character, as they were not playing themselves, but the opposite.
